Chevrolet Cavalier 2010 review
The Chevrolet Cavalier was a compact car produced by General Motors and sold under the Chevrolet brand. The Cavalier was introduced in 1982 and remained in production until 2005, when it was replaced by the Chevrolet Cobalt. However, the Cavalier name was revived in 2010 for a special edition of the Cobalt.
The 2010 Chevrolet Cavalier was based on the Cobalt platform and shared many of its mechanical components, including its engines and transmissions. It was offered in both sedan and coupe body styles, with a choice of two four-cylinder engines: a 2.2-liter with 148 horsepower and a 2.4-liter with 169 horsepower. Both engines were paired with a five-speed manual transmission or an optional four-speed automatic.
In terms of styling, the 2010 Cavalier was a bit of a departure from the more conservative look of the original model. It featured a more modern, sporty design with a sharp crease running down the side of the car and a swept-back roofline on the coupe. The interior was also updated with a more modern design and higher-quality materials.
Despite its sporty looks, the 2010 Cavalier was not particularly quick or agile. It was more of a budget-oriented, basic transportation vehicle. However, it did have a comfortable ride and decent fuel economy, with EPA ratings of up to 26 mpg city and 35 mpg highway.
Overall, the 2010 Chevrolet Cavalier was a solid and reliable compact car that offered good fuel efficiency and safety features.
